ESP Unit

An Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a filterless device that removes fine particles, like dust and smoke, from flowing gas using the force of an induced electrostatic charge minimally impeding the flow of gases through the unit.

Crown Air Techniques is one of the few companies in the Kingdom who stocks large quantities of electrostatic air  precipitators in the Kingdom.

Process

ESP is an air filtering device that uses electrostatic charge to remove dust particles.  ESP ionizes the air by applying high voltage to the electrodes.

When airborne particles such as Fume and grease flows horizontally . In order to ionize the particles, a negative voltage is applied. These ionized particles are then diverted using electrostatic force.

Features

• Up to 95% single pass (ANSI/ASHRAE Standard)/ 99% double pass. Smoke, and grease particle removal efficiency rate.

Modular in design : Easy installation, maintenance, and cleaning.

Cost-effective & eco-friendly : Long life span, minimum maintenance, and cleaning.

Safety & stability : (1) Door-Open power-off protection, (2) Over-current, Voltage and temperature multi-protection.

• Greatly reduces the grease accumulation in the ducts.

Application : Commercial kitchen, restaurants, hotels, fast food restaurants, HVAC air system purification, etc.
